How to Use

The facilitator-led learning experience is the best choice for groups of 12 or more people in your church, in your workplace, or elsewhere, and requires: 

• An effective facilitator

• A room set up with tables for smaller group discussions

• A means of projecting PowerPoint slides

• A method of playing audio for the video clips either embedded in the PowerPoints or accessed separately

The facilitator will use the Facilitator Guide as a guide along with their skills to:

• Introduce key concepts and video clips

• Ask discussion questions and launch smaller group activities

• Facilitate effective discussions and activity debriefings

• Ensure each person is heard and has an opportunity to contribute

• Transition between learning elements

• Finish each session within the time allotted

To use the facilitator-led learning experience, the Facilitator will need to:.

1. Download from the website:

   1. Facilitator Guide

   2. Participant Guide

   3. PowerPoints for each session with the embedded the video clips

2. Since each participant will need a Participant Guide, choose one of these options: 

   1. Download the file and email it to each participant

   2. Have each participant download a copy from the website

   3. Print a copy for each participant and give it to them

   4. Buy printed copies at cost on Amazon

3. Read “How to Lead this Learning Experience” in the Facilitator Guide. To see an example of facilitating The Work Exchange, you can optionally view the video-driven experience sessions.

4. Use the designated elements in the Facilitator Guide to lead the learning experience.
